Yohimbine hcl is the synthetic form of yohimbe tree extract. It is used to help erectile dysfunction and reduce body fat, and is very effective for athletes in burning stubborn fat.
Yohimbine hcl works by inhibiting a regulatory process in fat cells that normally suppresses fat burning, as well as increasing adrenaline levels in the body.
The effects of yohimbine hcl can only be seen if it is taken when blood sugar is low, which means that you must be hungry when you use yohimbe hcl, otherwise you will not see the effect. At the same time, if you have problems with blood sugar, you may not see the effect.
Yohimbine Hcl Dosage;
0.2mg Yohimbine hcl per kilo has been successfully used to increase fat burning without significant effects on cardiovascular parameters such as heart rate and blood pressure. You can use it by calculating your weight * 0.2mg, it will be beneficial for you to divide this dosage into 3 times a day.
Sample Dosage calculation;
For a 70kg athlete: 70x0.2mg = 14mg yohimbe hcl daily (Divide this dosage into 3 per day and do not exceed 14mg in total.)
For an 80kg athlete: 80x0.2mg = 16mg yohimbe hcl daily (Divide this dosage into 3 per day and do not exceed 16mg in total.)
For a 90kg athlete: 90x0.2mg = 18mg yohimbe hcl daily (Divide this dosage into 3 per day and do not exceed 18mg in total.)
For a 100kg athlete: 90x0.2mg = 20mg yohimbe hcl daily (Divide this dosage into 3 per day and do not exceed 20mg in total.)
Athletes of higher body weight should use caution as the cardiovascular system may not be ready to use a stimulating agent such as yohimbine hcl. When using yohimbine for the first time, always start with a half dose and assess tolerance before continuing.
Avoid combining yohimbine with other medications, preferably use it alone. Do not combine with substances such as Clenbuterol and Ephedrine. Use it Alone!
Yohimbine hcl is not recommended for someone who has any one or more of the conditions like Heart disease, Blood Pressure problems, Psychiatric problems and Kidney disease.
